The Loft Albero Kemalpaşa Project consists of 86 basement-floor lofts, 2 single-story homes, and 2 duplex homes. It is being developed on an area of 28,725.53m². In addition to residential areas, the project also includes 191 open parking spaces, one tennis court, one basketball court, a picnic area, as well as a social facility with an indoor sports area, restaurant, and a 200m² outdoor swimming pool. We have completed all the mechanical works for this project.
