It is being developed on an area of 28,725.53m\u00b2. In addition to residential areas, the project also includes 191 open parking spaces, one tennis court, one basketball court, a picnic area, as well as a social facility with an indoor sports area, restaurant, and a 200m\u00b2 outdoor swimming pool.
